![]() Markazul Ma’arif and Ibrahim Bhawani ITI ventured for a new branch for madrasa graduates’ English Diploma Mumbai, 10 May: Ibrahim Bhawani ITI, Vadodra, Gujarat is going to open a new branch for Diploma in English Language & Literature (DELL) course, within its campus, in the coming academic year with affiliation and academic assistance from Markazul Ma’arif Education & Research Centre (MMERC), Mumbai. DELL is a two year diploma course specially designed for madrasa graduates in 1994 by MMERC headed by Maulana Badruddin Ajmal, which is now successfully going on in ten other places in various states of India. This decision was taken jointly by Usman Ghani Memon, the president of Ibrahim Bhawani ITI and Maulana Burhanuddin Qasmi, the director of Markazul Ma’arif Education & Research Centre, in a meeting held in 4 May 2014 in Vadodra. 25 more students will be selected for this new centre through the joint entrance exam of Markaz-e-Islami Education & Research Centre (MIERC), Ankleshwar, Gujarat; Jamia Islamia Jalalia, Hojai, Assam; Institute for Higher Studies (IHS), Jamia Nagar, New Delhi and Al- Ma’hadul Islami, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The common entrance exam is scheduled at Jamiatus Shaikh Hussain Ahmad al-Madani Deoband, Uttar Pradesh from Thursday, 15th May 2014. The application form along with prospectus can be obtained for Rs. 20 only from (1) Al-Falah Computer Centre, Miraj Guest House, Darul Uloom Deoband and (2) Zahid Manzil Room No: 3 (near) Darul Uloom Waqf Deoband. The forms are also available at all centres. The application form also can be downloaded free from the website at www.deoband.net. The last date of submission of forms in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Gujarat is 11th May, while in Deoband it is 13th May. Any fresh madrasa graduate (Alim/Fazil) from any state of India can participate in the exam. Total 100 finalist students, this year, for 5 centers will be selected on the basis of merits only. |
